Women's only
Here at Ottawa Jiu Jitsu we pride ourselves in the culture and community we foster for women looking to gain skills in self defence. Whether you are looking for fitness, or self defence skills or both, we have the perfect program for you. With strong female leadership and a unique trauma informed culture unmatched in Ottawa, you will find that Ottawa Jiu Jitsu is a spectacular space to gain strength, and develop self defence skills that are incredibly effective, through live repetition and sparring in a safe and warm learning environment.
Kids Martial Arts
At Ottawa Jiu Jitsu we have an enriched Kids martial arts program. We teach leadership, discipline, focus, and respect all through the use fun, interactive, games and exercises. Our passionate instructors here at Ottawa Jiu Jitsu teach goal setting, work ethic and other skills needed to succeed in life. MUAY THAI
At Ottawa Jiu Jitsu we offer a Muay Thai kickboxing program that will get you sweating. Whether you are looking to get stronger, more fit, or gain striking skills, Muay thai kickboxing will help you achieve your goals.
